Indoor golf simulator facility at Birdie House Golf Club

The Most Affordable indoor golf club in america.

Why Birdie House Exists

Golf is expensive. A round at a decent course runs $50-100. A bay at most simulator lounges costs $40-80 per hour. Building a simulator at home is a $15,000-50,000 project. For most people, getting regular practice time isn't realistic — and it's not because they don't want to play.

Birdie House was built to fix that. We're a private, members-only indoor golf club designed around one idea: make quality golf practice affordable and accessible to everyone.

Our model is simple. We don't sell food or alcohol. We don't have a lounge, a pro shop, or a front desk. We run unstaffed facilities with keypad entry, keep our overhead low, and pass those savings directly to our members. The result is golf simulator access starting at $19/month — a fraction of what you'd pay anywhere else.

How It Works

Every Birdie House location is built the same way. Private swing bays equipped with ProTee VX launch monitors and GSPro simulation software give you real-time data on every shot — ball speed, spin rate, launch angle, club path, and dozens of other metrics. Play over 500 courses in 4K graphics, or use driving range mode to work purely on your swing.

The facility is open 5AM to 11PM, seven days a week. When you book a bay through our reservation system, you get a pin code. Enter it at the door, grab your bay, and play. No staff interaction needed, no waiting, no tee time pressure. Guests are always free. Bring your own food and drinks.

Two membership tiers that work at every Birdie House location, no contracts, cancel anytime:

Birdie — $99/month

One free hour of bay time every day. That's up to 30 hours per month, as low as $3.30/hour.

Par — $19/month

Full facility access with bays at $5-15 per 30-minute block. Perfect if you play once or twice a month.

Built for Golfers, Not Spectators

Birdie House isn't a golf entertainment venue. We don't have big screens showing sports, we don't host bachelor parties around bottle service, and we're not trying to be a bar that happens to have simulators.

We're a golf club. Our members come to practice, to improve, and to play real rounds on realistic courses. The ProTee VX gives them the data to actually get better. The private bays give them the space to focus. And the pricing means they can do it as often as they want without watching their wallet.

Whether you're a scratch golfer fine-tuning your wedge game or you've never held a club before, Birdie House is built for you.

  • Topgolf and similar venues are entertainment-first — big groups, food and drinks, social atmosphere. Birdie House is practice-first. Our bays are private, our simulators are higher-accuracy, and our pricing is built for regular use, not one-off outings. A Birdie membership at $99/month gives you more simulator time in a week than most people get at Topgolf in a year.

  • No. Many of our members joined as complete beginners. The simulators give instant feedback on every swing, and private bays mean no one is watching while you learn.

  • Yes. Your membership works at every Birdie House location — current and future.

  • Pick your location, choose Birdie ($99/mo) or Par ($19/mo), and register through our PlayByPoint portal. Your first week is $1.
