Everything about booking and using a bay at Birdie House: hours, getting in, guests, equipment and events. Bays are booked in PlayByPoint, and each club has its own text line for questions.
Are There Any Instructions For Using the Equipment?
- Yes - every bay runs ProTee VX launch monitors and GSPro, and the simulator software is ready when you arrive.

What Are Your Operating Hours
- Every day without exception: Dallas: 5AM–11PM · Oklahoma City: 5AM–12AM · Houston: 5AM–11PM.
How Do I Get Access to the Facility
- Book your bay in PlayByPoint.
- Your door code arrives with each reservation confirmation from PlayByPoint.
- At the time of your reservation, enter the code on the front-door keypad and head to your reserved bay.
What If I Need to Cancel a Reservation?
- Cancel 60 minutes or more before your start time: refunded as club credits for future bookings.
- Cancel less than 60 minutes before, or no-show: no refund.
- Cancel in your PlayByPoint account; see our Cancellation Policy at https://www.birdiehousegolfclub.com/cancellation-policy.
Are Guests Allowed?
- Yes guests are allowed - bring your pals!
What Equipment Do I Need?
- We provide golf balls and basic essentials found in other simulators, but you will need to bring your own set of clubs.
