1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks, whether foreseeable or not, associated with your use of the golf simulator, equipment, and any related activities conducted on the premises.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being granted access to the facility, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Birdie House Golf Club, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to your use of the golf simulator facility and equipment, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage incurred by you.

This release applies to liability caused by the negligence of Birdie House Golf Club or its representatives to the fullest extent allowed by law.

3. Use of Facility and Equipment

You agree to use the golf simulator equipment in accordance with all posted guidelines, rules, and instructions provided by Birdie House Golf Club staff. You accept full responsibility for any damage to the facility or equipment caused by your misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

4. Medical Conditions and Emergency Care

You confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in golf simulator activities. You acknowledge that Birdie House Golf Club does not provide medical personnel or treatment on-site. In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize Birdie House Golf Club to seek medical attention on your behalf, and you assume all costs associated with such care.

By clicking “I Agree,” you consent to Birdie House Golf Club using photographs or video recordings of you taken during your use of the facility for marketing and promotional purposes, without compensation.

8. Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the location you visit, and any legal disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the county of the location you visit.
